Vonage call forwarding broken

Hello Vonage fans:
As of today vonage callforwarding feature seems to be broken. This is the reason why you are unable to make calls using the app.
Over the last few weeks callforwarding failed more than 70% of the time. Lets hope Vonage fixes this feature soon.

Vonage Extensions and Home phone ringing

Hello All,
If you enabled the new feature "Extensions" then you will not be able to use call forwarding feature from any number other than the number you registered with "Extensions". As a result, CallsUnLtd app will not work. (Symptom: Home phone rings instead of the destination number in India,or going to voice mail directly)

You have two options:
1) Disable the "Extensions" feature and wait for 24hours for it to take effect. After that you should be able to use CallsUnLtd app again.
This can be done by logging into,features,extensions,configure and remove any cell phone numbers entered.

Please make sure you wait for atleast 24 hours after doing this.

2) Register with "Extensions" the phone number where you have CallsUnLtd app installed.Note that only this cell will work and other phones with CallsUnltd will not work.(Not recommended)

How to disable vonage extensions:
  • Login to your Vonage account
  • Go the Features page
  • Click on Configure link of the Extension feature
  • Add a iPhone number
  • Choose a PIN (or if you remember your old PIN then check that box)
  • Save changes
  • Get out of the page
  • Go back to the page
  • Delete the Extension number you had entered previously
  • Save changes
  • Get out of the page
  • Wait for 24 hours before the changes take affect
  • You are done and now should be able to use more than 1 iPhone with CallUnltd as before!
If you still have problems after 24 hours, please try placing a Call forwarding from the vonage website to an international number and see if its working. If there is a problem, placing Call forwarding from vonage website, you can contact vonage support for not able to place call forwarding from website.
Once this is resolved, Callsunltd should work fine.
